Restore In-App Purchases

Sign in to the same RecallX account associated with your purchase, and use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the subscription. If access is not restored, contact RecallX Support.

How to restore:
  1. Open RecallX on your device.
  2. Ensure you are signed in to your RecallX account.
  3. Tap the Premium / Paywall screen or navigate to Settings.
  4. Tap "Restore Purchases".

Manage & Cancel Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the applicable App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the next renewal. Billing, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the store through which you subscribed.

Apple (iOS / iPadOS):

Settings > [Your Apple Account] > Subscriptions > RecallX > Cancel.

Google Play (Android):

Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Cancel.

Focus Shield & Screen Time

Enable distraction blocking during active focus timers using native Apple Screen Time permissions.

Setup steps:
  1. Focus Tab > Focus Tools (Dock Button) > Focus Shield.
  2. Toggle "Turn on Focus Shield" > Tap "Allow".
  3. Tap "Choose apps" to select distracting apps.

Cloud Sync & Multi-Device

Keep your study topics and schedules in sync across your phone and tablet.

Ensure you are signed in with the same Google or Apple account on both devices. Study progress synchronizes in realtime once an internet connection is established.

Google Calendar Integration

Export your spaced repetition schedules into a dedicated Google Calendar named "RecallX Sync".

Manage calendar integration from Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar. RecallX only manages events created inside its dedicated calendar.

In-app subscriptions are cryptographically linked to your store purchase lineage to protect against unauthorized sharing. If you signed in with a different permanent account, sign out and sign in with the original account you used to make the purchase, or contact our support team with your store Order ID.
Yes! To access your RecallX entitlement on another device, sign in to the same RecallX account associated with your purchase, while ensuring your device store account is signed in.
Because all transactions are processed directly by Apple and Google, refunds must be requested through their respective portals:
No. All billing transactions are encrypted and processed by Apple or Google. RecallX only receives an anonymous cryptographic receipt and verification token to unlock your premium access.
